  • Individual offers were listed as tabs without clear categorization, making it difficult to find specific one

  • Organize offers by category and enable quick navigation via tabs

  • Improve layout to allow players to see multiple offers in same category at a glance

Add 'Hero Rating' to Shop to check player reviews easier

Primary shop

  • When purchasing heroes, players prioritize performance (skills, stats, elements) over personal preference

  • Players frequently check community evaluations such as ‘Hero Rating popup’ of ‘Universe feature’ or Twitter

To-be

  • Add ‘Hero Rating popup’ from ‘Universe’ directly into the shop experience

Improve Layout for Scanability & Mobile Human Factors

Mystic Shop, Alliance Shop, Player profile

As-is

  • Some players do not scroll to the end of the shop due to fatigue

  • Some players scroll through the entire list to check whether rare items are available

  • Difficult to view completed and ongoing missions at a glance

To-be

  • Increase the number of visible items from 3 to 6 without scrolling

  • Switch from horizontal to vertical scrolling to surface more content at once and reduce scrolling effort

  • Display mission categories, progress, and completion status in a single overview

Send Push Notifications When Item Lists Refresh

Mystic shop

  • Players share rare item appearances together, but without alerts they may miss them

  • A user-run Twitter account tracks ‘Mystic Shop’ items, which many players rely on

  • Add a push notification when a player's desired item appears in 'Mystery Shop'

  • Core features were buried, causing discoverability issues for novices and inefficiency for experts

  • ‘Reputation resource’ was not displayed on ‘Main screen’, requiring extra navigation

  • Expose all features clearly in the UI for faster recognition and access

  • Preserve immersion through elements such as camera dolly in/out and hero interactions

  • Add ‘Reputation resource’ display to ‘Main screen’ to remove unnecessary navigation steps

Enable Quick Navigation Across the Game via Hamburger Menu

  • Enabled global navigation to all features from any screen

  • Quick navigation panel helps novice players to understand the game

  • Unable to access a settings so expert player cannot control their preferred environment

  • External help resources were useful for novice players, but in-game help was difficult to find

  • Expert players rarely used help documentation

  • Add a settings access button on ‘Intro screen’ to allow flexible configuration

  • Separate Settings and Help Documentation, reorganizing sub-items for clearer categorization

  • Replace progress bar with toggle on 'Setting popup' to clarify choices before adjustment
